By accessing motioncell.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Products

MotionCell produces premium embroidered hats and lifestyle products. All products are made to order. Product images are representative — slight variations in colour and embroidery density may occur between units. MotionCell reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing. We accept major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna (where available). Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout. All applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at final checkout.

3. Pricing & Errors

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to confirmed orders. In the event of a material pricing error (e.g. an obviously incorrect amount), MotionCell reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at:

After 2 hours, production typically begins and cancellation may no longer be possible. Requests beyond this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production time, carrier delays, or customs processing. MotionCell is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities. See our full Shipping Policy for delivery timelines by country.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns based on preference or change of mind. See our full Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on motioncell.com — including the MOTIONCELL wordmark, MC monogram, product designs, photography, and written content — is the exclusive property of MotionCell. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

MotionCell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts. Customers in the EU and UK retain all mandatory consumer protections under applicable law. Australian customers retain rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
