Every MotionCell product is made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information after 8 business days from your order date, please contact us.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside France and the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. MotionCell has no control over customs processing times, which may affect your delivery estimate.
Delays
Delivery windows are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. MotionCell is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
