Our Story

It started with one hat and three embroidered words that said something true.

We noticed the same thing whether we were running before work, on a job site, or out on a trail: what you do with your time says more about you than anything you'd put on a résumé. Early mornings, long shifts, long miles — the discipline of showing up when no one's watching.

We looked around for headwear that reflected that and mostly found two things: performance logos shouting about achievement, or streetwear that had nothing to do with any of it. Nothing that felt like us, or like anyone actually doing the work.

So we started with a cap. MotionCell is what came next.
