Terms of Sale

By placing an order on motioncell.com, you agree to the following terms of sale.

1. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from MotionCell. This email constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding agreement between you and MotionCell.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency of your region at the time of browsing. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Price changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.

3. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed immediately at the time of purchase. Providing false billing information constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Taxes & Import Duties

• United States: Sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.
• European Union: VAT is included in the displayed price where legally required.
• International orders: Customers outside France and the EU are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Cancellations

You have 2 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or correction to your order. Contact us immediately at:

After 2 hours, production typically begins and cancellation may not be possible. Requests beyond this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at MotionCell's discretion.

6. Custom-Made Products

All MotionCell products are made to order. EU and UK customers acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right under EU Consumer Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to custom-made or personalised products. MotionCell products qualify as custom-made and are therefore exempt. Australian customers retain rights under the Australian Consumer Law for major failures.

7. Pricing Errors

In the event of a material pricing error (e.g. an obviously incorrect price), MotionCell reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even after payment has been processed. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

8. Governing Law

These terms of sale are governed by French law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts. Mandatory consumer protections applicable under EU, UK, and Australian law are fully preserved.
